Madison Concealed Carry Hearing Today

The Wisconsin Assembly Committee on Criminal Justice and Corrections is holding an Executive Session and Public Hearing on one of the concealed carry bills.  Unlike the Senate, which introduced a Constitutional Carry bill and a Shall Issue Permit bill, to date, the Assembly has only had a Shall Issue Bill introduced.  Supporters of Constitutional Carry are present at the hearing.

  2. Let's borrow from "the world of the extremely unlikely events." Paul Merline, Wisconsin Hospital Association says he opposes concealed carry because a concealed firearm might go off in a hospital and hit an oxygen tank.
