Concealed carry, open carry and the right to keep and bear arms with an emphasis issues of particular interest to Wisconsin.
Looks like they support open carry. That's a nice change from the usual Madistan attitude.
I wouldn't take them at their word or so literally. I doubt they'd welcome open carry there. But hey, technically it does say "concealed" weapons. If you test it, let us know how it works out!
